She was born at Sherman Oaks in Los Angeles. John Aniston, and Nancy Dow are her parents. The couple was surrounded by actors since she was an infant. Following graduation and working in a fast food restaurant called The Jackson Hole, in Manhattan. It allowed her to be offered several Off-Broadway roles thanks to her stellar performance in productions like For Dear Life at New York Public Theater as well as Dancing On Checker's Grave. Los Angeles was her new home in 1989, as she sought out more opportunities. In the early 90s, she was on numerous TV shows.
